Making wall paper

In September the climate is getting cooler and it is time to make paper! We started making wall paper with pulp pouring method using 1m*2m and 1m*3m screens. The first step of sheet forming is to have the screen lay horizontally to make an even sheet. Preparing pulp is also an important step because it determines the sheet’s texture depending on density of fiber and neri. While sheet forming we pick out the debris or impurities or anything what we don’t want in the paper. We are getting more and more concentrated as the sheets are beeing made, thr sheets become thicker and will finnish with the upper surface layer. I don’t want to imaging that I drop my pouring cup or drop a water-drop on the sheet. We do not want to make “rakusuishi” water-drop design paper this time. We could make it beautifully and we are looking forward to see it after it is dry and when it will be finally on the wall.
